| GUIDED TOUR

Accompanied by a guide, the tour lasts around 1? hours and can be booked online. Children under 8 are not permitted. The tour departs from the Arc Outlet shop, located at 132 avenue du Général de Gaulle in Arques. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour to be met. After the guided tour, you will have free access to the Outlet shop.

Arc is a real city within a city, which you can only discover during a guided tour. Thanks to an explanatory film and a footbridge overlooking the production workshop, you will understand how glass is made and how the company has become a world leader in tableware.

The site is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

You must use your own vehicle to reach the site. Access by camper van, bicycle or on foot is not possible. The site is located 500 metres from the shop. When you arrive, you will be given a badge in exchange for your ID. This badge is compulsory to circulate on the site and must be returned at the end of the visit. Visits must be booked in advance.
